Tomorrow i am going to watch Dhurandhar

I am going to watch “Dhurandhar the revenge” tomorrow.

The excitement is sky high.

It is a paid preview and I booked the tickets on the same day the trailer arrived fearing it would all be booked for that day considering the excitement for the movie everywhere.

However, today I saw that apart from two or three multiplexes, every other hall has only 40 to 50% occupancy.

People are crazy about the film and the euphoria is high but there are people who don’t care about the movie. They are missing all the excitement.

I do care about movies. I always wanted to make a movie but making a movie is not an easy thing. Dhurandhar must have been a tough task.

The kind of cuts Aditya Dhar, the director of the movie has taken are just outstanding. I know how hard it is to make a film like that.

The film has over shadowed every other film in past and present and, the future of the filmmaking will be very cautious of making films which impresses the audience the way Dhurandhar has done.

I know that if a film has lots of detailing, the film works.

There is a joke surrounding the internet that Aditya Dhar has done peak detailing for the movie.

It may be an exaggerated fact but still I believe that Aditya Dhar has done research on it, more than any other filmmaker of his genre does.

I have worked under the production designer of the film and have also been on the set of the DOP of the film and they both are good.

DOP of the film is exceptional I must say. His name is Vikash Nawlakha.

I also know the sound recordist of the film, Manas Bal as he became friends with me when we were working for the same film in which I was a screen writer.

Films like these challenges me to become a filmmaker again.

I love the fact that after watching the film multiple times, I still don’t get bored.

There is nothing bad about this time film which I could feel I must write about.

Everything works in this film.

I must have seen all the trailer of the film more than 100 times solely and through reaction videos.

I love watching reaction videos as I get to know through them where the person is giving reaction.

Sometimes the reactions are fake but still they give me an understanding where audience might react.

It is very important to know what attracts the audience.

Sometimes you have to build and build a scene where it reaches the level where you get the desired reaction.

It is all about getting the right reaction.

This is something which TVF also does very nicely.

They know how to get reaction from the audience.

However most of the time the reaction they expect from the audience is mostly through comedy and pathos.

Dhurandhar is beyond that. It never lets you feel the pity on any character.

You feel anger and excitement throughout the movie.

The movie makes you get up and become a secret agent immediately.

The life looks super exciting on the screen but it is not so in real life.

In real life the life of an agent would be extremely boring as it requires lots of patience.

It is true that if you give a man a reason to live he can endure anything.

Everything I have read about it is coming out to be true.

Anyways, I will watch Dhurandhar tomorrow and let you know what I think about it.
